Moving on, Scott has been working on a project that will be auctioned off at our school's annual auction next month. I happen to be the chair and we happened to need a project for the 3rd grade class to get behind and I happened to volunteer my wonderful husband...you know how it goes.
The 3rd grade parents generously pitched in to buy materials for....wait a minute....here it comes...a carpetball table! Yay!
Scott has been laboring in the garage, where, mind you, it's COLD because we're still in the midst of winter here. It took a couple of days and here is the result.
We had a rousing family tournament during our snow day today and the kids are having a blast playing. So...we decided to keep this one and he will be making another one for the auction. (He said there were some things he wanted to 'tweak' anyway...good excuse to keep this one, eh?)
Next project...clean the garage.
That husband of yours is quite a guy, eh? And I think a trip to MO is in order - ice is off the pond and the daffodils are peeking through (it was 30 degrees here this morning but we don't have snow!).
